Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals below this limit will not be processed.
- Identity Verification: For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000, pv888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.
- Account Holder Name: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your pv888 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
- Bonus Rollover Requirement: If you have claimed any bonus, its rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that attempt to withdraw funds before fulfilling the rollover conditions will be automatically rejected.

03Bonus & Promotions
Pv888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set out for each promotion.
- Bonus Eligibility: The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. Each individual is eligible to claim the Welcome Bonus only once. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts will be considered fraudulent.
- Rollover Requirement (Wagering Requirement): All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before any withdrawal. For example, a 20x rollover means that if you receive a RM 100 bonus, you must wager a total of RM 2,000 before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Rollover values vary by bonus type — please check the specific terms of each promotion.
- Validity Period: Every bonus has a validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not met within the specified period will automatically expire and be forfeited without any compensation.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute to bonus rollover requirements at the same rate. 04Game Rules
All games offered on the pv888 platform — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Live Casino games, and progressive jackpots — are operated in accordance with the standard game rules set by the respective licensed game providers.
- Final Decision: All game outcomes generated by the RNG system or live dealers are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
- Technical Failure: In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or internet disconnection during gameplay, pv888 will endeavour to resolve the affected match or round based on the last recorded state in our system. Where this is not possible, the affected bets will be voided and the staked amounts refunded.
- Betting Limits: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that are set and displayed within the game interface. These limits vary by game and your membership status. pv888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

05Sports Betting
The pv888 Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sports categories, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, NBA, and ATP & WTA tennis. The following additional rules apply specifically to Sports Betting.
- Odds & Markets: All displayed odds are in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The applicable odds are those at the moment the bet is confirmed by the pv888 system, not at the moment the bet button is clicked.
- Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed and resumed within 48 hours (or 24 hours for football), all bets remain valid. If the match is cancelled entirely, all bets are voided and stakes fully refunded. For parlay bets, any cancelled match is excluded and the odds are recalculated accordingly.
- Live Betting: Confirmed live bets cannot be cancelled. The Cash Out function allows you to exit an active bet at its current value — the cash out amount is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than your original stake.
- Odds Error: In cases where clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds that deviate significantly from the standard market due to a technical error — have been accepted by a player, pv888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount to the player's account.
